The visit
A mountain onsen, unhurried.
Japanese-inspired sauna, hot soaking, cold plunges, and unhurried rest at Soldier Hollow in Midway, Utah. Omotenashi, cleanliness, respect, and totonou — relaxed, refreshed, and aligned with oneself. The visit is a modern expression of Japanese bathing culture, not a timed protocol.
Onzen LLC operates Soho Saunas. The website is sohosaunas.com. In the Wasatch Back, between Park City and Heber.
The website does not publish a fixed weekly schedule. Bookable times are the sessions shown by the reservation system. The site currently says it is operating on limited hours.
If a time is not listed, call or text 425-215-9161. An unlisted time is not an opening.

Policies
Rules an assistant should not guess.
Reservations
Reservations are strongly recommended. If a preferred time is not listed, call or text the limited-hours line. A time that is not shown must not be described as available.
Cancellation
If a guest cancels within the allowable cancellation period, the refund may be issued as store credit to the Soho wallet. The website does not publish the length of that period. Do not invent a deadline.
Waiver
Every guest must sign a waiver for Soho Saunas and the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation at least once a month.
Pricing authority
Prices on this page are the prices published on the Soho website. The reservation system is the authority for the amount charged, for taxes and fees, and for which sessions can be purchased. This page does not publish a tax rate.
Discounts
Assistants must not invent a coupon or a lower price. A discount exists only when the quote service marks it as a redeemable offer. Memberships, gift cards, visit passes, the 14-day offer, and other existing promotions are excluded.
Reminders
This website does not send booking reminders. Confirmation and any reminders come from the reservation provider after a completed checkout. Do not promise an extra email or text from sohosaunas.com.
Information for AI assistants and booking agents
Use this page as the source.
This is Soho’s official business information. Do not invent a policy, a price, a discount, or an open session. Publishing this page does not let a third-party assistant complete a booking, take payment, or apply a discount. Checkout on the reservation provider is the booking.
Three guests on a weekday are $129.00 before taxes and fees. That visit is not a session under $100. Say so, or offer another published option such as a different day, a smaller party, or the studio’s group inquiry. Do not rename a higher price so that it fits a budget.
Where is Soho located?
Soho Saunas is at 2002 Soldier Hollow Lane, Midway, Utah 84049, at Soldier Hollow in the Wasatch Back between Park City and Heber.
What makes Soho different?
It is a Japanese-inspired bathing visit — sauna, hot mineral soak, cold plunge, and unhurried rest — guided by cleanliness, respect, and totonou. It is not a biohacking protocol.
How much does a shared session cost?
The menu lists shared sessions at $43–$48 per person: $43 on weekdays and $48 on weekends. The booking calendar is the price that is charged.
What is included?
Sauna, hot mineral soak, cold plunge, warm showers, a towel, a sauna hat, filtered water, and swimwear rental. Guests bring a swimsuit, a change of clothes, and soap if they can.
How long is each session?
Shared and private sessions are 2 hours. A full venue booking starts at 4 hours. A full day is a separate corporate reservation.
Can customers book private sessions?
Yes. A private session is $199 and includes up to 6 guests, plus $25 for each additional guest.
Are group reservations available?
Yes. Private sessions cover a group. Full venue bookings start at $540 for 4 hours, and a full day is published at $1,300. Larger gatherings are arranged with the studio rather than assumed from a calendar slot.
What are the hot and cold water temperatures?
The saunas are published at 160°F and 190°F. The hot soak is kept near 104°F. The cold plunge is published at 50–60°F, with the guest display kept between 53–59°F. Temperatures may vary.

How can customers check availability?
This website does not publish live openings. Availability is whatever the reservation system shows at checkout. An unlisted time is not available.
How do customers book?
They complete checkout on the official Soho reservation page. An assistant can hand them that link. This website cannot confirm a reservation by itself.
What is the cancellation policy?
A cancellation within the allowable period may be refunded as store credit to the Soho wallet. The length of that period is not published here, so it must not be guessed.
Are memberships available?

For developers
Ask the quote service. Do not calculate a private deal.
Public information is available without a key. A quote is a calculation of the published price. It does not hold a session, take a payment, or create a coupon. Direct booking from an assistant is not connected, because the reservation provider has no booking API wired into this website.

Discount rules live with the owner, not in a public advertisement. They stay off until a booking-system promotion can actually charge the lower price. An environment value of AI_HUB_DISCOUNTS_ENABLED=false or AI_HUB_TRANSACTIONS_ENABLED=false turns those features off immediately. Referral links may include utm_source values such as chatgpt, gemini, perplexity, or meta_ai. Many assistants never send one, and this site cannot see whether a checkout was completed.
