Why people book
This isn't a spa day. It's a mental and physical reset.
Most guests arrive tense, overstimulated, or sore. They leave quieter in the body and clearer in the head — that's the whole point.

Two saunas · 160°F & 190°F
Heat that unwinds you
Choose your heat — one sauna at 160°F for a gentler warm-up, one at 190°F when you want deeper warmth. Move at your pace with no instructor and no performance.

50–60°F cold plunge
Cold that sharpens you
Our cold plunge is maintained at 50–60°F — cool enough for contrast with the saunas, warm enough to support relaxation rather than shock.

Natural spring water rich in minerals
Water that restores you
Fresh from the source, replaced every day, and kept at a steady 104°F. Midway mineral water as it should be — natural, rich in minerals, and always ready for your soak.
Non-negotiables
Clean, natural, and calm — for everyone in the room.
Being clean and relaxed is what matters most to us. Every guest is held to the same standard — no exceptions. That's how we protect the experience for you and everyone around you.
Natural spring water rich in minerals
Fresh spring water, refreshed every day — the same mineral-rich water Midway is known for, kept at a consistent 104°F.
Always 104°F
Our soaking water is held at 104°F — warm, inviting, and ready when you are. No guessing, no lukewarm surprises.
A cleanliness standard for every guest
Every guest is expected to arrive clean and stay clean throughout their visit — no exceptions. Relaxation only works when the space and everyone in it meet the same standard.
Simple by design
Three steps. No guesswork.
Pick your time online
Shared sessions, private rooms for up to 6, or the full venue for bigger groups. You'll see live availability — no phone tag required.
Show up clean — ready to relax
Arrive showered and ready to soak. We have two saunas (160°F and 190°F), a 50–60°F cold plunge, and mineral soaking water — rotate at your own pace. Bring a swimsuit, fresh clothes, and your own body soap and shampoo if you can; we provide towels, a sauna hat, and swimwear rental if you forget.
Move through at your pace
Your session is 120 minutes — rotate between sauna, cold plunge, and lounge at your own pace. No clock watching, no rushed turnover.
Transparent pricing
Know the cost before you commit.
No hidden fees. The more often you come — or the more friends you bring — the less each visit costs.
Our best rates — including Gold Membership (~$19 per visit) and the official Ambassador Program ($21 per visit) — are on the full menu, with requirements for each. See the menu for every tier and how to unlock the lowest prices.

“What a gem! Shane the owner is so nice and knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed (plenty of towels, complimentary water, and cotton sauna hats). The sauna itself is spacious and the whole experience feels incredibly thoughtful.”
“What a wonderful set up! I can't recommend Soho Sauna enough. The setting and attention to detail makes it such a high quality experience. Make your reservation asap!!”
“This was mine and my wife's first experience here and it was amazing! The owner was so kind and explained the meaning and significance of everything.”
“Absolutely one of my most favorites "special" places! The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, the variety of options, allow my mind to settle. It's become a routine, great way to reset.”
“Wow! What a cool experience! I learned about SOHO Saunas from my friend, Lisa, who came on a dreary day in February or March. Her stories on IG looked so serene, so I wanted to try it out as well.”
“We visited the sauna last night. Shane explained onsen to us and the different temperatures. It's very unique that the two saunas are different temperatures.”
“The Japanese owner of Soho Saunas is great, kind and enthusiastic about the two Saunas (one hot, and one hotter, 190), plus the mineral fed water to the hot tub barrell makes you feel wonderful.”
